Exchanges & Refunds

Refunds and exchanges goods must be returned within 28 days along with your proof of purchase. Personalised shirts cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by BWFC.

BWFC accepts no responsibility should a player leave the club or change squad number. Underwear, swimwear, hats, face
coverings and jewellery cannot be returned unless deemed clearly unworn by BWFC.

Returns can be brought into store, or can be sent into:

Club Shop, Bolton Wanderers Football Club, Toughsheet Community Stadium, Burnden Way, Lostock, Bolton, BL6 6JW.

We would advise that you send returns by special delivery, as Bolton Wanderers Football Club cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post.

Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.
